2024 is coming to an end, and today we’d like to share a major new update from the RoboLive® team.
A lot has happened since we launched the very first RoboLive® pilot project over four years ago. We’ve worked with suppliers and OEMs, at home and abroad, onsite and remotely, all on our mission to transform the way large body shops handle robotic process data. Thanks to feedback from our customers and collaborators, we’ve developed the RoboLive® software client into a robust and full-featured solution—and now we’re ready to answer your requests for financial, IT, and installation flexibility.
From today, you’ll have three new options for getting started with RoboLive®. Our new plans will let you access all the features of RoboLive® on a flexible schedule and with minimal IT requirements, regardless of the number of robots integrated.
RoboLive® Setup: A one-time analysis of an entire vehicle model
Setup is now available as a standalone product, priced per vehicle model. It’s the same RoboLive® experience you already know: We integrate all your robot backups, nominal data, and CAD files into the RoboLive Client, where you can find the visualization and data analysis tools you need to keep production running smoothly. Setup comes with unlimited access to an installer for your prepared version of RoboLive®, so you can access all your data from any PC with no recurring or additional costs.
The RoboLive® Visual Client is powered by data: After Setup is complete, you can start receiving regular updates of real production data by selecting either the Server or Service plan.
RoboLive® Server: Automatic data updates and distribution
RoboLive® Server is a virtual machine installed on your production network, specially configured to update the RoboLive® client with production data gathered from your robots. The updates occur at whatever frequency you choose, and automatically provides your entire team with current insights into the status of your manufacturing robots.
RoboLive® Server is a good choice for manufacturers who want a completely customizable onsite solution for data transparency. The plan covers updates like CAD changes and nominal data changes, as well as support hours.
RoboLive® Service: Remote updates on a custom schedule
If your organization has strict IT requirements or lengthy approval processes for onsite software, RoboLive® Server provides a solution. All you need to do is securely submit your robot backups to our engineers for processing, and we’ll return weekly updates ready to be integrated into your client in just a few clicks. It’s a hands-off, simple setup that works without needing to make any changes to existing IT systems or the production network—and can even be run in plants without networked robots.
Like RoboLive® Server, RoboLive® Service includes nominal & CAD data updates plus support hours. Plans can be purchased monthly or yearly.
RoboLive® plans and pricing have changed, but our team’s mission is the same as it always has been: to give auto manufacturers a simple solution for data transparency. These updates are designed to help you get there. No matter which plan you choose, RoboLive® works like an entire team while being priced less than a single intern. It’s the most robust, cost-effective form of data analysis available anywhere.
If you don’t currently have a good way automatically track robotic joining process data, now is the time to make a change. Free demonstrations and consultations are always available, and custom downloads with your real product data can be prepared on request.
