CHANGE TRACKING WITH ROBOLIVE®

STAY IN THE LOOP.

The RoboLive® client receives data from your robots at a customizable frequency, and the archives are stored in the Client through the timeline. Using this feature, all RoboLive® users can easily keep track of changes to robot programming and compare past plant states.

"I usually check RoboLive with my coffee on Monday mornings. You wouldn't believe how often we catch things that came up over the weekend."

Keep your data up to date.

Changes to robot programming are a fact of life for all manufacturers. For example, during:

  • Touch-ups
  • Cycle time optimization
  • Planned updates

These changes often go undocumented, meaning it’s impossible to tell what exactly was changed and how. If a problem like a swapped ID or off-location weld was introduced, it’ll only be determined later on down the line during quality checks.

RoboLive®‘s change tracking capabilities remove this potential point of failure: anyone using the client can see and compare all stored data sets and highlight differences in a single click.

Get the full story:

The timeline turns your data into an interactive record of all changes made to every process, creating an automatic archive of robot data that anyone can understand.

One-click comparisons:

RoboLive® tracks all robot data automatically, so everyone in the plant always has access to an up-to-date version of current programming. And because the backups are saved and stored in the timeline, it only takes on click to compare past states or highlight recent changes.

By selecting two points on the timeline in the RoboLive® client, users can get an instant overview of all changes that have been made between the two timesets. Combined with the custom update frequency of RoboLive Visual and the powerful options for error detection, it’s a first-line defense against problems that arise during regular touchups.

THE Actual coordinate changes report

The Actual Coordinate Changes Report is an automatically generated report available in RoboLive®. It presents a simple overview of what processes has been changed most frequently and when. You can use the report to identify problem processes, or catch systemic issues before they become a bigger problem.
