RoboLive® gathers data from your industrial robots, processes it, and automatically distributes the results to a visual client installable on any PC in the plant. It’s a completely hands-free way to store and analyze robotic process data.

From the RoboLive® Client, you can interact with your process data seamlessly in a number of ways:

  • Sort, filter, and search for process data
  • Interact with a 3D visualization of process points and paths
  • Generate reports and analyze trends

We know from experience that every manufacturer is different, and that’s why RoboLive® is a completely custom solution designed to fit each client individually. We work with all robot brands, IT requirements, and production network setups to deliver a reliable solution that works for you.

The client is installable on any Windows PC and can receive shift-by-shift updates of real production data with no manual effort. Manufacturers using RoboLive® often install the Client software on line PCs, in offices, and anywhere you need quick access to robotic process data.

RoboLive® is priced to provide maximum impact on a minimal upfront investment. The initial RoboLive® Setup is available for a low flat fee depending on the number of vehicle models or unique products integrated, while updates through Service and Server are available for low recurring fees or a one-time charge.

While process visualization is a part of the RoboLive® Client experience, you’ll gain additional value from the data tables, error detection, and reports.

Even if you do have some current visualization tools, RoboLive®‘s process visualization is unique in displaying both nominal (planned) data alongside actual data direct from your robots.

No. RoboLive® is entirely a digital solution.

The RoboLive® Client that you will use on your PC to interact with your data and visualizations can be downloaded onto any computer. Updates via RoboLive® Server are provided through a server installed on a virtual machine in the production network.

Existing tools (and in-house software) for managing and visualizing process data exist, but no solution exists that can provide the functionality and user experience of RoboLive® Visual.

If you’re committed to an existing solution, RoboLive® can work alongside it as long as necessary. And if you’re currently just using spreadsheets or manual analysis tools for interacting with your weld and glue data, RoboLive® can serve as a total replacement.

The RoboLive® Visual Client is a one-time purchase for a given product, such as a car model. It includes an unlimited number of licenses that do not expire.
