WELD CONTROLLER INTERFACE
RoboLive® Visual interfaces with weld PCs to integrate even more welding-related information about current, force, and time from the controllers directly into the Client.
It existing RoboLive® Visual Clients by visualizing further welding-specific details and enables quick identification of weld changes or deviations.
Feasibility must be verified beforehand, as this add-on requires accessible weld controller data and further software development. It can be used directly within the RoboLive® Visual Client.

VEHICLE-ZERO DETERMINATION
RoboLive® Visual determines the part origin relative to the robot and compensates for deviating base frames. This add-on allows using these recalculated programs on real robots, with no need for laser measurement.
It reduces delays caused by limited personnel or equipment during commissioning and production by allowing for easier handling of base frame problems:
- Align existing programs to vehicle-0
- Sync simulated and real programs
- Deploy new or updated programs
