CORRECT HIDDEN PROBLEMS.
All too often, processes are programmed with an incorrect origin point. While this error isn’t always obvious at first, it quickly comes to light when optimizing or fixing existing work. And fixing it can be costly.
RoboLive® provides a new way to address this common challenge. Instead of manual calculation with expensive laser measurement, RoboLive® uses existing data and reference points applied to an advanced set of algorithms to determine the origin of a part relative to the robot.
ADDRESS BAD BASE FRAMES IN A CLICK:
The Vehicle-0 Determination add-on can be used in the RoboLive® Client to correct for bad data, and the corrected paths can be exported for use in the robot.
1. IDENTIFY
Processes programmed with bad base frames are easily identified in the Process Visualization window.
2. ADAPT
Select bad processes and click the Bestfit button to let RoboLive®’s proprietary algorithm correct the coordinates.
3. IMPLEMENT
Use the Bestfit Program Bank to download adjusted programs and implement them on your robots.
