Last month, Product Manager Samer Hammoud started work as the newest addition to the RoboLive® team.
Samer’s prior experience in automotive manufacturing makes him uniquely suited to the role, and he hopes to use his expertise to get RoboLive® in the hands of those that need it most. “My goal is to establish RoboLive® as the industry standard for big car manufacturers and their suppliers,” Samer said. “With my role, I want to accomplish growth.” His previous experience includes work in Mercedes-Benz and Nissan facilities in both Europe and North America, so he’s familiar with the automation challenges that RoboLive® addresses.
In his personal life, Samer loves to travel and speaks multiple languages, a talent that will be an asset as RoboLive® continues to expand into factories around the world. Collaboration and global expertise is especially important to the RoboLive® team as we continue our mission to deliver cutting-edge software solutions that meet the changing needs of modern manufacturing professionals.
While he is an expert in his field of automotive engineering, Samer also has a strong background in business administration that he’ll use to support the growing RoboLive® team. In addition to assisting with the project’s development, Samer assists with the sales and support processes, and introduces RoboLive® to stakeholders at trade events.
Samer has already gotten started with the RoboLive® team in Schöppenstedt, Germany, but his work providing RoboLive® consultations and demonstrations will see him traveling around to major manufacturers and shows. He most recently represented RoboLive® with our team at the Hannover Messe 2023 trade fair, where attendees were able to see firsthand the impact that the software has on a rapidly changing manufacturing landscape. “In terms of Industry 4.0,” Samer said, “I’m contributing my part to the transformation of the automotive industry.”
