RoboLive® Visual Sample Integrations allow select clients each month to receive all the usual value of RoboLive® Visual Setup via a custom-created demo of the software Client based on their real robot data.
You’ll receive all the value of the Client, including in-demand features like:
- Process visualization
- Error detection
- Parameter analysis
The Client provided will be based on data from up to 25 of your welding, gluing, or gap fill robots with no limit to the number of processes or complexity of programming. Sample Integrations are provided at a low cost to help prove the concept and develop a case for further integration.

After participating in a consultation or meeting with our staff, we’ll help you decide on the best next step.
The Sample Integration application is simple, and requires only a few pieces of information about your goals and experience with the software.

If accepted, we’ll provide a secure file link to submit robot backups and product data. Sample Integrations include date from up to 10 robots on a single line.
Product models, planned process data, and a selection of actual data will be included into your Client.

Kickoff meeting
Understand any anomalies or highlights in your data, and get expert advice on how best to use RoboLive®. The Client provided is available for unlimited use.
Our staff will provide a custom roadmap to expanding your test into a full project, including business cases and special offers.

If Feasibility Testing is not suitable for your organization’s current circumstances, complimentary Demo testing may be available.
A RoboLive® Demo will provide you with an installation of the Client based on limited data from up to 3 of your production robots. While the Demo will not include product models, it will show full process information in nominal and actual form and can serve as a proof of concept for further testing or a full installation.

Manufacturers with more than 25 robots in operations like joining or gluing are a good fit for RoboLive® Visual, and are encouraged to apply.
If you’ve received a pre-approval from our team, you will not need to complete any additional application steps.
RoboLive® Feasibility Testing is available for $4,900.
For clients interested in a larger-scope trial involving more robots or additional datasets, individual pricing may apply.
Applications for RoboLive® Sample Integrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Depending on the complexity of the data, your completed client can be available in as little as one week.
Any plant staff can submit an application for a Sample Integrations.
If accepted, we encourage clients to involve the entire team in using the Client. Quality staff, maintenance teams, and weld specialists all benefit from RoboLive® Visual’s features.
Your Sample Integration package will include unlimited installations of a custom RoboLive® Visual client.
You’ll be able to view a sample of your real product and robot data through all of RoboLive®‘s analysis tools, including Process Visualization and the Parameter Table.
