WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
As RoboLive® ’s Sales Manager, you proactively initiate contact with prospective clients, maintain relationships with existing customers, and leading our efforts to establish new accounts.
Prior experience in the automotive field and/or robotics as well as familiarity with the current manufacturing market are a priority for this position.
− Identify new leads and develop existing accounts.
− Develop and maintain professional knowledge about our products and services, and use this expertise when speaking with prospective clients.
− Analyze past sales performance and future opportunities to develop a sales & marketing strategy.
− Provide pre-sales demonstrations and product education, as well as after-sales support services.
− Represent Dressler Automation & RoboLive® at trade events and expand our network of potential customers.
− Collaborate closely with the project, development, and marketing teams, and serve as a point of contact between clients and management.
− Quote, follow-up, and obtain/close orders.
− Setup a distribution/ manufacturer’s representative/OEM network.
− Meet with colleagues and senior management regularly to discuss sales targets, projections, and demonstrate performance.
− Develop innovative new strategies to connect with customers who may benefit from our products
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
− Experience and personal ambition in sales.
− Technical understanding of automotive manufacturing and/or robotics.
− Strong communication skills and willingness to work both independently and as a team player.
− Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a mindset of continuous improvement.
− Self-motivated and curious; ability and desire to independently learn and actively seek new skills
− Fluent English. German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
